Respect people and boundaries
Harassment, discrimination, unwanted contact and threatening behavior have no place at an event. Ask before photographing others and respect a request to stop.
Look after the night. And each other.
Everyone deserves to enjoy an event with respect and clear expectations. Follow the organizer’s instructions and the venue’s entry and safety rules.
Before you arrive
Check the event’s age limit, ID requirements, boarding or entry deadline, accessibility information and prohibited items. Plan how you will get home; do not drive while impaired.
If something feels wrong
Speak to venue staff, security or the event host. If someone is in immediate danger, call the local emergency number; in Canada, call 911. Follow staff directions during an evacuation or medical incident.
Protect your ticket
Keep your QR code private. Do not post a ticket online or share it with someone you do not trust. Read the event’s transfer and refund rules before purchasing or giving a ticket to someone else.
