The essentials for finding an event, buying a ticket and getting through the door.
How do I find events in my city?+
Open Search from the menu. Select a city or theme, enter a keyword and optionally choose a starting date. Cities and themes reflect the events currently listed on N8UP.
How do I buy tickets?+
Open an event page, read the details, choose the number of tickets and select Get tickets. Complete the checkout using the email address where you want to receive your tickets.
Where is my ticket?+
Your ticket and QR code are emailed after a successful payment is processed. Check your inbox and spam folder and confirm the address you entered at checkout. Keep your payment confirmation if you need to resolve a missing ticket.
What do I need at the entrance?+
Have your ticket QR code ready. Bring government-issued ID when the event requires it. For cruises and timed-entry events, arrive before the stated boarding or entry deadline.
Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?+
The policy belongs to the specific event. Read Refund policy and Good to know on its page before purchasing. Some events do not permit refunds, exchanges or transfers.
Are food and drinks included?+
Only when the event listing explicitly says so. Food, drinks and other extras may be sold separately. Check the event description for what the ticket covers.
Why is an event sold out or unavailable?+
Tickets depend on the event’s capacity and sales status. A sold-out, paused, cancelled or completed event cannot accept a new ticket purchase through its page.
Can I go alone?+
Check the event format and description. Social events can be a way to meet people, while other parties are designed around music or a specific experience. Choose the atmosphere that suits you.
